Pirton Neighbourhood Development Plan 2011 - 2031

Policy PNP 13 - Car Parking

Representation ID: 6374

Received: 23/03/2017

Respondent: North Hertfordshire District Council

Representation Summary:

The requirement for 3 parking spaces for any house with more than 3 bedrooms seems excessive. The policy could be amended to state that planning permission should only be refused where there is clear evidence that under provision would lead to a highway safety problem - in consultation with Hertfordshire County Council Highways.

1.3 What is the Plan About?

Representation ID: 6418

Received: 23/03/2017

Respondent: North Hertfordshire District Council

Representation Summary:

Village Development Boundary, Page 3
The village boundary in the Neighbourhood Plan shows the village boundary proposed in the Local Plan Preferred Options consultation document. The village boundary on the east of the village has been amended in the Proposed Submission Local Plan to follow the boundary of the outline application submitted by Gladman Developments, 15/01618/1, and approved 27 May 2016. The Council suggests that the boundary to the east of Pirton is amended to reflect the Proposed Submission Local Plan.
