I am writing to register my wholehearted support for the Pirton Neighbourhood Plan.

I have been living in the village for five years and have been hugely impressed by the dedication of the village residents to have some control over the future of their village. I have been extensively consulted in the creation of the plan. To my mind, it represents a balanced view of the wishes of the residents of the village, young and old.

The village is open to development as was evidenced by the consultation results, provided it is proportionate and sustainable in a village without many pavements and with limited services.

I agree with its contents and proposals, and I urge you to accept the Pirton Neighbourhood Plan.
