Please amend the last sentence to...
"...have been particularly impacted by householders where small cracks under the eaves have been lost due to maintenance, extensions, and energy saving improvements such as external wall insulation."

To clarify the scope, please amend to:

COD4 II) "...in all residential schemes including suitable extensions,"

And remove the Leeds 2020 reference as this is out-of-date and not in line with current best practice - a better more recent reference is:

And because swifts usually nest in the eaves not through the roof, and as pitched roofs are ventilated so fixing holes in them will not affect energy efficiency, please amend the last sentence to...

"...have been particularly impacted by householders where small cracks under the eaves have been lost due to maintenance, extensions, and energy saving improvements such as external wall insulation."
