5.5.1. amend to"...by over 50%..." , from "...by 50%..." (it's currently 66% decrease since 1995, as per BTO statistics ).
Please amend the last sentence to...
"...have been particularly impacted by householders where small cracks under the eaves have been lost due to maintenance, extensions, and energy saving improvements such as external wall insulation."
To clarify the scope, please amend to:
COD4 II) "...in all residential schemes including suitable extensions,"
And remove the Leeds 2020 reference as this is out-of-date and not in line with current best practice - a better more recent reference is:
