This response is provided by Hertfordshire County Council Property on behalf of HCC as landowner to the consultation on the North Herts Local Plan 2011-2031 Further Proposed Main Modifications.

We have no comments to make regarding the County Council owned sites which are subject to allocation in Ickleford, Letchworth and Royston.

A separate response to the proposed modifications has been provided by TetraTech regarding the County Council owned sites at Baldock.
