Proposed Main Modifications

I shall be brief :

You cannot seriously be considering allowing more traffic onto our already very choked roads:
It is both unthinkable and dangerous:

I have offered many times previously that I would welcome 2 or 3 of The Inspector's Team and/or from NHDC
To stay with me, as long as they make themselves available at any hour of the day which I may dictate so I can demonstrate the huge problems already existing;
For obvious reasons these offers have been rejected:
Have any NHDC planners bothered to avail themselves at peak and off peak times? If so, times and dates please.
