Pirton Neighbourhood Development Plan 2011 - 2031

1. PLAN BACKGROUND

Representation ID: 6401

Received: 22/03/2017

Respondent: Gladman Developments Limited

Representation Summary:

The Pirton Neighbourhood Plan needs to ensure that it allows sufficient flexibility so that it is able to react to any potential changes that may arise through the North Hertfordshire Local Plan examination.

Further consideration should be given to the inclusion of additional allocations or housing reserve sites within the Pirton Neighbourhood Plan due to the uncertainty regarding the objectively assessed need for North Hertfordshire and the fact that the District is heavily constrained be designations such as green belt and AONB.
