2.2 Residents want mixed housing - with an increase in smaller properties, sheltered accommodation, shared ownership, affordable rented and social rented. They want to attract young families. Make sure this housing is actually affordable for these groups by relating house prices to local incomes.

PNP11, 12, 13 (Justification , point 5 part 3) Says public transport is limited and inadequate. Roads are already dangerous for cyclists and walkers. This needs to be addressed with a plan for optimising public transport.
