So far as we can see the plan complies with legal requirements and is sound.
We wish to make a point about the proposed development in St Ippolyts No SI 1. This borders Hill Lane and we strongly urge that there should be No vehicular access from the development into the lane. This is a tranquil rural lane enjoyed by pedestrians, dog walkers, etc. Pedestrian access should continue - to be enjoyed by both the old and new residents.
