Object on the following grounds:
football facilities are already over subscribed; and
new sports facilities needed to accommodate the additional demand.
I am writing with my concerns regarding the future of North Hertfordshire. Our future is the success of young people, lack of funding for many local authorities has impacted on the resources and people who voluntarily commit in Supporting young people in sport .
A local amenity is key for young people to access recreational activities, therefore this must be considered to keep young people from the streets, reducing risks of crime anti social behaviour and improving health and emotional wellbeing.
I am therefore supporting Baldock Town football club as a parent to oppose any proposals to move any local amenities from Baldock.
