I wish to register my strong opposition to this proposal. I believe the development would have profound detrimental and devastating effects for the local people, surrounding villages, wildlife, the environment and public services.

The proposed siting of the development is on green belt land used by many local people for recreation and dog-walking. The development will diminish the striking countryside views around the existing Great Ashby area. The impact on the local people and wildlife this development would create would be detrimental - with pollution from construction, noise pollution and increased traffic on existing residential streets.

I urge you to take note of the issues raised above and reject the proposed development for Great Ashby.
