The government's technical standards for water efficiency are mentioned in SP9 d. and a cross reference to this policy should appear under the heading Natural Environment.

Whilst pleased to see that the unrealistic water consumption target of 105 litres per day per person has been removed, there is no policy in this section that supports the intention of Strategic Objective ENV5 to reduce water consumption.
