Has the Character Assessment really been understood by the residents of Pirton. Have they been encouraged to read it, indeed is it available or is it produced and reference made to it with the full intention that it will not be read.
In my view this consultation on the NDP is flawed in its openness to the public. For that reason alone the NDP should be sent back for the process of deeper scrutiny by those it will affect
