Parking allocations are set for houses but not for the access roads. Already dangerous roads near the centre of Knebworth need big improvements.
So what obligations for parking along the narrow through roads in most settlements, Knebworth especially, will be imposed? Parking allocations get set for the houses, but never for the access roads; we know well, like the narrow Park Lane linking Codicote, Old Knebworth with Knebworth "Centre", the school, church, surgery etc there; wow, will those already dangerous access roads reaching the Centre need some big improvement!!You just try walking with a push chair and a toddler on the way to school etc through that railway "pinch-point"!!

Insufficient parking in Knebworth (High Street and station)
There is already insufficient parking in the village around the services in the High Street before plans to further increase the size of the village. Much of the new housing will be at quite a distance from the centre so there wil be more car journeys around the village.
Parking for rail commuters already blocks up all the side roads
