Representation Summary:
The Inspector’s latest proposed modifications to the Local Plan suggest that site AS1 (Claybush Road) should now be deleted. Development of this site has now commenced rendering the proposed Local Plan allocation obsolete. There are also changes to the number of homes proposed. Consider amending relevant references (e.g. paragraphs 5.1 to 5.3, 6.4 etc) as necessary.
