I object to IC1 site of the Local Plan as THERE IS NO PAVEMENT IN DUNCOTS CLOSE.
Residents need to walk on the road to get to their houses.

More houses = more traffic + more people walking in the road = dangerous for all existing and new residents.

It is NOT SAFE to encourage residents to walk in the road.
