" A template has been produced which applicants will be expected to include at the Pre application stage with updates at subsequent stages of the application process." << YES! great to see the GLA template included. However, I'm lost as to the scope of this SPD, will it include extensions that require planning permission? If yes, how will small contractors be supported to complete this information? Will a simpler calculator be shared?
