Preston Neighbourhood Plan

I am writing on behalf of The Preston Trust which has a large number of Preston residents as members. The Preston Trust is a registered charity with the following objectives:

*To improve and preserve Preston for the benefit of villagers and visitors.
*To secure the preservation and protection of features of historic or public interest, including the village's history.
*To promote high standards of planning and architecture.
*To support and promote any purpose for the benefit of villagers and in particular, children and senior citizens.

The Preston Trust would like to register its support for the application made by the Parish Council for a Designated Neighbourhood Plan Area. We hope this first step is approved and we look forward to consulting on this as the plan develops.
