I agreed that the parish council should be looking at the whole parish when making neighbour hood plans. Preston is a desirable place to live but there has been too much in- filling and garden grabbing and the houses are becoming hemmed in and cramped with smaller and smaller spaces being built upon. Time for some new space with good access to be used for building.
