I have looked at NHDC’s Draft Developer Contributions Supplementary Planning Document which relates to the Unilateral Agreement.
I wonder if in para.2.1.3 if there has been a typo.
I attach the relevant page and refer you to the 5th line which reads “expected to exceed 10 units of 1,000sq m in floor space.
That doesn’t make sense but it would if the “of” read “or”.
Is it possible to check this out as it could make a significant difference.
