WY1 development is on a former ground fill site. The ground fill pit was in operation for many years before any environmental regulations were in place. So, no one knows what is buried there. The proposed development of WY1 and the modification are unsound. NHDC have not once mentioned the Wymondley Neighbourhood plan which is currently at Examination in Public stage.
