Anglian Water welcomes the proposed modification to Policy NE10 to include reference to applicants demonstrating that capacity is available both within the foul sewerage network and receiving Water Recycling Centre or can be available in time to serve the development. The proposed wording is consistent with that suggested by Anglian Water as part of our response to the Proposed Submission Local Plan and included in the agreed Memorandum of Understanding with Anglian Water (examination document MOU2).
This modification addresses our previous concerns relating to Policy NE10 of Proposed Submission Local Plan.
