Royston Town Council are pleased to see the specification for more affordable housing is more specific with higher rates. Royston Town Council support the adoption of the Local Plan.

Preston Parish Council particularly support the policies on Affordable Housing.

The areas listed in your Draft are the entire parishes in North Hertfordshire mentioned in Schedule Seven of The Housing (Right to Enfranchise) (Designated Protected Areas) (England) Order 2009 (as referenced in your footnote 21.)
Your draft omits the Designated Protected Areas in North Hertfordshire mentioned in Schedule Eight of the legislation which are defined by maps. Schedule Eight includes maps covering the North Hertfordshire parishes of Ippolitts and Knebworth.
These additional areas should be included in paragraph 5.2.41.
