Object to the policy on the following grounds:
The neighbourhood plan policy conflicts with the emerging Local Plan policy;
The expressed preference for smaller developments could compromise the delivery of affordable dwellings;
It would be useful if the policy made reference to parish level housing needs surveys / assessments as a basis for justification of need for additional dwellings; and
The policy wording only expresses a preference for small scale proposals.
