With reference to neighbourhood level retail facilities I request that
• a buffer zone is in place between the retail space and current houses that border the farm in order to reduce disruption
• screening put in place between retail space for current houses that border the farm
• mature trees and shrubs are preserved
• deliveries to retail space are not before 6am and not after 8pm
• Highover Way NOT opened for vehicle access to retail space or to proposed housing development.
