Section 9 comprehensively sets out the current status of various sites in the parish is welcomed, as is the stated intention to designate them as Local Green Spaces. However, the neighbourhood plan is an important opportunity for the community to specifically undertaken that designation process. We suggest that this section is reconfigured in order to achieve the aim of policy GIS2 at this stage through designation now, rather than at a later date. The plan could also include policies that identified any deficiencies with existing green spaces or access to them, or aimed at managing development around them.

Support the aim of the chapter. It would be useful to note that green infrastructure is not the same as Green Belt. Green infrastructure, as stated in the WPNP, is a "network of multi-functional green space" and is not necessarily within or adjacent to Green Belt.
