Anglian Water was supportive of the wording of Policy SP11 of the Local Plan as submitted. The modifications as proposed to criterion (c) does not change the overall objectives of this policy in relation to the provision of infrastructure provision. Therefore this modification to Policy SP11 is supported.
We understand that the proposed modification and MM049 relating to protected European sites is based upon Natural England's comments on the Submission Local Plan relating to Rye Meads Sewage Treatments Works in Thames Water's ownership. We have no comments to make in respect of this modification.
